Payment Accepted:
We accept Malaysia bank transfer. Customers can pay by Internet Banking, ATM Cash Deposit & Local Branch Deposit. For those who prefer payment by Credit Card, there will be one-time Credit Card fee of 3.0% + RM1.00 for each transaction.
Approximate Delivery Times:
We offers flat rate RM12 shipping on all orders (within Malaysia ONLY). Orders are shipped Pos Laju/Gdex and are delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday. Please note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. A signature and photo id is required upon receipt. Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 72 working hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. You can expect to receive your order shipped within 4-7 working days. If you have not received your order within specified time-frame, please e-mail us. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to ensure safe receipt.
